2. Made-to-Order Products & Accuracy

All artwork prints and solid wood framed options offered in our store are produced to order. We make every effort to display the colors, proportions, and details of our products accurately. Because display screens, device color profiles, and ambient lighting vary, subtle variations in hue and tonal contrast between your screen and the physical print may naturally occur.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Discounts

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Special promotions (such as our storewide 25% discount when ordering 2 or more prints) are applied at checkout according to published eligibility guidelines and cannot be combined retroactively with past concluded promotions.

4. Production, Shipping & Replacement Guarantee

Orders are produced and fulfilled in the United States. Please consult our Shipping Policy and Refund, Return & Replacement Policy for detailed terms regarding transit timelines, order cancellation windows (6 hours), and our 100% damage replacement guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative artwork, illustrations, graphics, layouts, and logos featured on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of High Point Press and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

Personal Display Only: Physical prints purchased from High Point Press are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial display. Reproducing, digitizing, distributing, reselling, or commercial licensing of our artwork without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

High Point Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States.
